Coconut water paired with watermelon could be its own fountain of youth with its natural electrolytes and high water content. Kale is a great source of beta-carotene, vitamin A and fiber.
- 1 cup kale (remove stems)
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup chopped watermelon
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
Serves 2
Blend kale, spinach and coconut water until smooth.
Add the watermelon, mango and pineapple and blend again.
